At Newsco we have a fully documented framework and standard forms for most documentation that we produce.

During the complete project life-cycle quality management is required to ensure that the delivery of the application is of a high standard and meets the quality criteria of not only Newsco but also the client. Therefore, it is necessary that all changes to the application are controlled and agreed.

Quality Management includes the processes required to ensure that the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken. It includes activities to agree the quality policy, objectives, and responsibilities and implements them by means such as quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement. Quality is managed within the ADF (Application Development Framework).
